Sean Brennan of Baseline Capital Partners negotiated the sale of a NNN Investment Property.  The 20,400 square-foot, single-tenant industrial building is located in the Detroit suburb of Waterford, Michigan.  The purchasing entity “leased-back” the property, providing investors a 10% yield.
