Baseline Capital Partner’s Industrial division recently represented the Seller in the sale of a 32,587 square foot industrial building located at 46575 Magellan in Novi, Michigan.  The seller, POWER PLUS Engineering, sold the building after complex negotiations with a local purchaser.
